Filet of Sole Tamari

3 lbs. Fillet of Sole
1 cup sesame seeds
4 Tbsp. tamari*
2 Tbsp. mirin*


Roast the sesame seeds in a skillet over low heat, stirring frequently, until golden and fragrant. Place the Sole in a baking dish and sprinkle the seeds evenly over the Fillets. Sprinkle with tamari and mirin. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 8 to 10 minutes. Serve with cooked brown rice.
