Spinach Rolled Sole

1 package frozen spinach souffle
2 lbs. Sole (8 pieces)
Almonds or cashews
1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
1 Tbsp. sherry
1 1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese

Thaw spinach for 1/2 hour. Cut into 8 pieces. Sprinkle Sole with pepper and nutmeg. Place one square of spinach on each piece and roll up. Place seam side down in baking dish.
