2 to 3 lbs. Halibut
1 stick oleo or butter
Salt and pepper
Cut fish in 2 to 3 inch cubes pat dry between paper towels. Dip pieces in the melted oleo or butter. Coat all sides of the fish with the seasoned cornflake crumbs. Place in a PAM sprayed baking or cake pan. Put in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes (or longer if not brown). This is good hot or cold.
