1 (15 1/2 oz.) can Salmon
3/4 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 Tbsp. parsley, minced
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Drain and flake Salmon. Combine with remaining ingredients and mix well. Shape into 4 patties. Pan-fry on both sides in hot oil until golden brown. Serve in buns with lettuce and tomato slices.
