Hawaiian Fish Fillets

1 1/2 lb. Haddock, Flounder, or any White Fish Fillets
3 packets George Washington's seasoning and broth
1 lb. green pepper, cut into strips
1 cup pineapple chunks
1/2 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
1 Tbsp. lemon juice


Sprinkle fish with 2 packets Washington's seasoning. Place in greased 1 1/2- quart oblong baking dish. Bake in preheated 425 degree oven for 20 minutes.
