Oven Fried Fish Fillets

1 lb. Flounder Fillets
1/4 cup mayonnaise
Bread crumbs
Paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Lemon wedges


Thinly coat fish Fillets with mayonnaise; dredge each in bread crumbs. Arrange in a greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan; sprinkle Fillets with seasonings. Bake at 450 F for about 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Garnish with lemon wedges.
