Molded Fish Salad

1 package lemon gelatin
2 cups boiling water
1 tsp. salt
1/4 cup vinegar
1/2 cup finely cut celery
2 cups cold cooked Halibut, Salmon or Tuna
1/4 cup finely sliced stuffed olives
1/4 cup diced pickle


Add boiling water to gelatin, stir until dissolved. Add salt and vinegar. Set aside. When gelatin begins to harden, add remaining ingredients. Turn into mold and chill.
