Fish Fillet With Oregano

1 lb. Fillets of Fish (or four pieces) Sole or Flounder
1/4 cup melted butter or margarine
1 Tbsp. black pepper
1 Tbsp. oregano
Parsley


Wash fish and place in a baking dish. Melt butter in a saucepan. Add pepper and oregano to the butter and stir. Pour butter over both sides of fish. Sprinkle top of fish with parsley. Broil approximately 7 minutes. Serve immediately with rice or vegetables.
