Buttered Flounder

12 oz. Flounder Fillets
1 cup diced celery
1 cup diced red pepper
2 tsp. dill weed
2 tsp. chopped fresh parsley
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
Dash salt
Dash pepper
3/4 cup buttermilk

Place Fillets in a shallow baking dish.

Top with remaining ingredients, in order.

Bake at 350 F for 25-30 minutes.

Serve fish with vegetables, topped with sauce from baking dish.
