Fish Piquant

2 lbs. fish Fillets (Haddock, Flounder or Perch)
1/2 cup French dressing
2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
1 small onion, chopped
1 lemon
Tarter sauce


Clean and season fish. Dip pieces into French dressing. Heat the margarine. Add the fish. Place chopped onions on the fish. Cook 7 to 8 minutes over moderate heat, turning only once. Serve with lemon wedges and tarter sauce.
