Key West Baked Fillets

2 lb. fish, Dolphin, Snapper, Grouper
Salt and pepper to taste
5 Tbsp. mayonnaise
3 Tbsp. green onions
3 Tbsp. fresh dill, chopped
3 Tbsp. lemon juice

Preheat oven to 350 F. Wash and dry fish. Coat both sides with mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste. Place fish in a buttered casserole, sprinkle with onions, herbs and lemon juice. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until done.
