Fish Loaf

2 slices white bread
3/4 - 1 cup milk
2 eggs
1 lb. Fillet of Haddock
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 large onion
1 stalk celery
1 carrot
Sprig of parsley


Soak bread in milk; add eggs, seasonings and remaining ingredients, which have been put through a food chopper. Place in a greased pan (6x10 inch). Bake at 375 F for 1 hour.


Serves 4.
