Fresh Fish With Stewed Tomatoes

Fish: Flounder, Snapper, Grouper, Roughy, as much as your family will eat, 4- 6 Fillets
1/2 stick butter
1 (6 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
Garlic powder
Black or white pepper
Parmesan cheese

Fry fish in butter, garlic powder, pepper for a few minutes. Simmer with oregano and stewed tomatoes for about 15 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan before serving. Serve with white rice.
