Herb Baked Flounder

1 lb. Flounder Fillets
1 Tbsp. margarine
2/3 cup crushed crackers
1/4 cup grated Parmesan
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. garlic powder


Preheat oven to 350 F. Combine crackers, crumbs, Parmesan, basil, oregano, and garlic powder. Place Fillets in a greased baking dish. Sprinkle crumb mixture on top and dot with margarine. Bake until fish flakes easily about 25 minutes.
