Fish Chowder

3 or 4 potatoes, diced
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup carrots, chopped
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1 or 2 slices bacon, cut into pieces
1/2 cup cauliflower, chopped
red Snapper, cut in small chunks
1 or 1/2 cup milk


Simmer in water until vegetables are done and water begins to thicken. Add red Snapper. Cook about 10 minutes. Then add milk (add thickening if necessary).
