Fillets In Lemon Butter

1 lb. Sole Fillets, or other firm White Fish
3 Tbsp. real butter
2 Tbsp. dried parsley
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
12 saltine crackers, crushed

In a 12 x 8 x 2 inch dish. Arrange Fillets. Melt butter in 2 cups dish, 1 minute on high. Blend in parsley and lemon juice and spoon over fish. Top with crumbs, then sprinkle with paprika. Microwave on high for 6 to 7 minutes.
