3 lb. Trout
1/8 tsp. thyme
2 Tbsp. butter
3 slices bacon
1/8 bottle catsup
1 cup water
1/8 tsp. ginger
Salt & pepper
Salt Trout for an hour. Rub in thyme; dust with flour and place in baking dish. Dot with butter over the top; add strips of bacon and sliced onions, catsup, 1 cup water and seasonings. Bake 25 minutes in a slow oven (325 F).
