Best Oven Haddock

1 tsp. salt
1 cup milk
3 Haddock Fillets
3/4 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/4 cup melted butter
Paprika


Mix salt and milk. Cut Fillets into serving size and dip in milk. Dip in bread crumbs, cheese and thyme. Arrange in well greased baking dish and pour butter over each. Bake at 525 degrees on top shelf for 12 minutes. Sprinkle with paprika.
