Baked Salmon Loaf

15 1/2 oz. can Red or Pink Salmon, drained
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1/4 cup skimmed evaporated milk
2 egg whites
1 tsp. dill seed
1 cup toasted bread crumbs (about 2 slices)

Mix all the above ingredients well. Use your hands to form one loaf, and place that loaf in a Pyrex or tin loaf pan. Bake at 375 F for about 45 minutes. Slice and serve warm.
