Swiss Baked Flounder

2 lbs. Flounder
1/2 lb. Swiss cheese
1 small onion chopped fine
1 cup white wine
Lemon pepper


In a buttered baking dish, put a layer of fish sprinkled with lemon pepper. Then put a layer of onions, then a layer of cheese.


Pour half of the wine over this and repeat the layers again until all ingredients are finished. Cover dish with foil and bake in oven for 20 minutes at 350 F. Serves 6.
