Haddock Italian Style

1 1/2 lb. Haddock, salted
2 cups or 1 jar Italian sauce
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. or more grated cheese
2 Tbsp. butter


Cut fish into serving pieces, sprinkle with salt; place in greased pan. Pour tomato sauce and lemon juice over fish. Sprinkle with grated cheese and dot with butter. Bake at 400 F until fish flakes and cheese browns lightly, about 20 minutes (the better the sauce, the tastier).
