Italian Fish

1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. mustard
1 lb. Flounder Fillets
1/4 lb Mozzarella cheese
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 Tbsp. margarine
2/3 cup dry bread crumbs
1 tsp. oregano


Combine mayonnaise and mustard, spread on fish. Roll fish around cheese and fasten with toothpicks. Pour tomato sauce over fish. Dot with margarine, sprinkle with crumbs and oregano. Bake at 370 degrees for 30 minutes.
