Shark Teriyaki

Marinate 6 hours. Serves 4.

4 Shark Steaks or Fillets
1/4 cup sesame oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup honey
2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
1 clove garlic minced
1 Tbsp. grated fresh ginger
1 small bunch chives or scallions

Rinse and pat Steaks dry. Put all other ingredients in blender and mix well. Marinate 4 to 6 hours. Grill for 20 minutes, turning and basting with sauce.
