Baked Scrod

1 lb. Scrod (or any Whitefish)
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. olive oil
Bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. dry white wine

Place fish in casserole dish. Mix rest of ingredients except bread crumbs and pour over fish. Sprinkle lightly with crumbs. Bake at 450 F for 12 minutes, or until fish flakes.


Serves 2 or 3
