Sour Cream Flounder

1 1/2 lb. Flounder Fillets
1 large onion, thinly sliced
2/3 cup sour cream
1/8 tsp. salt
Salt and pepper to taste

Cover bottom of shallow baking dish with onion slices; top with Flounder. Season with salt and pepper. Cover; bake at 400 F for 30 minutes or until fish flakes. Combine sour cream and 1/8 teaspoon salt. Spread on fish; sprinkle top with paprika. Broil until lightly browned.
