1 (6 oz.) can Tuna, drained
1 cup shredded carrots
1 cup diced celery
1/4 cup minced onion
1 cup salad dressing or mayonnaise
1 cup (4 oz.) shoestring potatoes
In large bowl, gently mix Tuna, carrots, celery, onion, salad dressing. Cover and chill. Just before serving, fold in potatoes. Arrange in lettuce-lined bowl, garnish with parsley and carrot curls (optional).
