Stuffed Fish

1/2 cup melted butter
1 cup minced onions
2 Tbsp. parsley
1 cup bread crumbs
3/4 cup shredded carrots
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
4 large Flounder Fillets

Melt butter. Add onion and cook until translucent. Take off burner and add other ingredients. Mix well. Roll stuffing in fish. Bake at 350 F for about 20 minutes.
