Stuffed Sole

2 lb. Fillet of Sole
1/4 cup white wine
2 1/2 sticks unsalted butter
1 small can Shrimp
1 can Crab Meat
3 package Ritz crackers
1 large lemon


Mix together crushed Ritz crackers, wine, melted butter, Shrimp and Crab Meat. Rinse fish; take about 2 teaspoons of cracker mix and place on fish; then roll. Place fish seam side down. Place thinly cut lemon slices on top of fish; sprinkle with paprika.
