Fish and Veggie Melt

6 slices of American cheese
6 pieces of Haddock fish
1 small bag green peas
1 small broccoli
1 cup Italian bread crumbs
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 tsp. garlic powder
Salt & pepper


Wash and season fish with garlic powder, salt and pepper. Lay fish in pan then spread broccoli and peas over. Spread bread crumbs on top. Butter and top with cheese. Cover and bake at 350 F for 45 minutes.
