Fish Almondine

1 lb. Fish Fillet (Flounder or Sole)
1 stick butter
3 medium lemons
1 cup shaved almonds
Salt and pepper to taste

Rinse and pat dry fish. Chip 1/2 stick butter on bottom of baking dish. Sprinkle juice of one lemon on top of butter. Layer fish on top. Squeeze 2 lemons over fish. Chip butter evenly over that. Then sprinkle salt and pepper to taste along with almonds. Bake 20 minutes in 350 degree oven.
