Alaskan Halibut Caddy Ganty

2 lbs. Halibut Fillets
White wine
Bread crumbs


Sauce:
2 parts sour cream
1 part mayonnaise
1 part chopped onion


Lightly salt Fillets, soak in wine to cover for 2 hours. Drain and dry well. Coat with bread crumbs. Place in buttered baking dish. Mix sauce and cover fish completely with it. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 400 F for 15 to 20 minutes.


Serves 4
