Baked Perch

3 lbs. fresh or frozen (thawed) Nile Perch
3 oz. sour cream
1/2 cup crushed cracker crumbs
Slivered almonds
Butter


Place fish one layer deep in a baking dish. Put a pat of butter in center of each piece of fish. Spoon a layer of sour cream over all fish and cover with cracker crumbs. Sprinkle with slivered almonds. Bake at 350 F for 15 to 20 minutes, testing for flakiness when done.
