Toasted Almond and Ginger Fillets

1 lb. mild fish (Orange Roughy, etc.)
1 Tbsp. milk
1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1 to 1 1/2 tsp. grated ginger
1/4 cup sliced almonds
2 Tbsp. melted butter

Place rinsed and dried Fillets into buttered dish. Brush with milk. Combine bread crumbs and ginger in small bowl. Sprinkle over fish; top with almonds. Drizzle with melted butter. Bake at 450 F for 6 to 12 minutes.

Serves 2 to 3
