Oven Fish Chowder

1 lb. Haddock
2 potatoes, diced
1/2 cup boiling water
1 large onion, diced
1/4 tsp. dill
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 bay leaf
1/4 cup dry white wine
1/4 cup margarine
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 cup 2% milk or cream

Put all ingredients except milk or cream in casserole. Bake for 1 hour at 350 F or until potatoes and fish are cooked. Add milk and serve.
