Elegant Fish Fillet

1 lb. Sole Haddock or Halibut Fillets
Freshly ground pepper to taste
2 Tbsp. butter
1 can cream of celery soup
1 1/4 cups grated Parmesan cheese

Arrange Fillets in buttered 9-inch pie plate or oblong casserole. Dash with pepper; dot with butter. Spread soup over Fillets. Sprinkle with cheese and paprika. Bake in 400 degree oven for 25 minutes. Serve with lemon wedges and fluffy rice.

Yield: 4 servings
