6 oz. package Ceasar salad croutons
1 lb. can Red Salmon, flaked
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/4 cup chopped onion
4 eggs
2 cups milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Beat eggs, milk and soup. Stir in croutons, Salmon, green pepper and onion. Pour into buttered casserole 11 x 7 inch (or 9 x 13 inch). Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over. Bake at 350 F for 45 minutes, or until set.
