Red Snapper Parmesan

2 lbs. red Snapper
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. grated onion
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash hot pepper sauce

Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease baking dish. Cut fish into serving size pieces. Place in baking dish. Combine other ingredients except paprika. Spread over fish. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake 25 to 30 minutes.

Makes 6 servings
