Creole Flounder

1 lb. Flounder or Pollack Fillets
1 medium tomatoes, chopped
1/2 small green pepper, chopped
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves
1/8 tsp. ground pepper

Cut Fillets into 5-6 serving pieces. Place fish in greased 9 x 13 dish. Mix all ingredients and pour over fish. Cook at 400 F for about 10 minutes until fish flakes.
