3 eggs
1 pint Salmon
3 to 4 cups fresh bread crumbs (about 6 slices)
1/2 to 1 cup finely chopped celery
1/2 to 1 cup finely chopped onion
In large bowl, beat eggs slightly, add Salmon, crumbs, celery and onions. Mix well. Salt and pepper to taste. Shape into patties (quite thin). In a skillet, or on grill, fry patties about 10 minutes until browned on both sides. Serve with English muffin buns.
