Fish Turbot

2 1/2 lb. Haddock
1 pint milk
1 onion
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup butter
1 egg
Pepper & salt
Cracker crumbs

Boil milk and onion in double boiler. Remove onion, if you wish. Work flour and butter together. Add egg, beat until smooth. Pour into milk. Boil fish. Put sauce and fish in baking dish alternately with sauce on top and bottom. Put cracker crumbs over top. Bake at 375 F for 1/2 hour.
