Halibut Olympia

2 lbs. Halibut Fillets
3/4 cup chopped green onions
1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
3/4 cup Parmesan cheese


Pat Fillets dry. Place 1/2 green onions on bottom of a baking dish. Place Halibut on top of onions and sprinkle the remaining green onions on top. Mix mayonnaise and sour cream and cheese; spread evenly over Halibut Fillets and onions. Bake at 400 F for 15-20 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
