Steamed Squid

1/3 cup olive oil
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper
2 Tbsp. tomato sauce
1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
2/3 cup table wine
Squid


Cut cleaned Squid in half. Cook at medium heat for 15 minutes (do not add water). Drain all liquid. Add wine and simmer for 10 more minutes. Add all other ingredients. Cover and simmer for 25 minutes. Add more wine if needed. Salt to taste. Can be served over rice.
