Flounder Broccoli Rolls

2 lbs. Flounder or Sole
2 packages frozen broccoli spears,cooked and drained
1/4 cup dry white wine
2 Tbsp. margarine or oil
2 Tbsp. green onion
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 bay leaf
Pimento strips (optional)


Roll broccoli spears in fish; place in skillet. Combine wine, margarine, onion, lemon juice, and bay leaf. Bring to a boil. Pour over fish rolls. Cover. Cook slowly 12 to 15 minutes until fish flakes.
