1 cup Minute Rice, cooked
1 small bag chow mein noodles
1 family-size can Tuna with oil
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1/2 cup onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Cook rice according to directions. Microwave diced onion and celery for 2 minutes on HIGH. Combine all ingredients and bake in oven at 350 F for 1/2 hour.
