Haddock With Sour Cream

2 lbs. Haddock Fillets, skinned
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. grated onion
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of Tabasco

Cut Haddock into serving size portions and arrange in a single layer in buttered baking dish, 12 x 8 x 2 inches. Combine remaining ingredients except paprika. Spread mixture over fish. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 F about 20 minutes.
