Tuna Stuffed Tomatoes 1 can chunk light Tuna, packed in water
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1/3 cup low-calorie mayonnaise
1/4 cup parsley, chopped
2 Tbsp. green onion, minced
1/4 tsp. black pepper
36 cherry tomatoes
Drain Tuna. Combine Tuna with celery, mayonnaise, chopped parsley, onion and pepper. Cut tops off tomatoes and scoop out seeds; turn upside down to drain. Fill with Tuna salad, served, chilled on plate of leafy greens.
