Stuffed Filet of Sole

4 to 6 thin slices of Sole
Italian bread crumbs
Mayonnaise
Worcestershire sauce
Crab Meat


Mix 1 cup breadcrumbs, 3 or 4 drops Worcestershire sauce, 2 tablespoons mayonnaise (more if necessary for sticking) and 1 can Crab Meat, drained. Place a tablespoon of stuffing in the center of each piece of fish. Roll fish around stuffing and secure with toothpick. Bake in greased baking dish at 375 F for 10 to 12 minutes.
