Oven fried Fish Fillets

1 lb. Flounder or other fish Fillets
1 Tbsp. reduced-calorie mayonnaise
6 Tbsp. fine, dry bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. paprika
Non-stick vegetable cooking spray


Brush fish all over with mayonnaise. Roll in combination of bread crumbs and paprika.


Spray foil-covered pan with cooking spray. Arrange fillet on pan. Bake at 450 F for 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily. Serve with lemon wedges.


Makes 4 servings.
