Baked Fish In Spring Herbs

1 lb. fish Fillets (Sole or Flounder works best)
1 lemon
1 Tbsp. vegetable or butter
1 tsp. each dried parsley, chives and rosemary

Melt butter and pour into shallow baking dish. Arrange fish in dish. Cut lemon in half, squeeze 1/2 lemon over fish, sprinkle with herbs. Slice remaining lemon into thin slices and arrange on top of fish. Bake at 500 F for 12 - 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
