Ocean Perch

2 lbs. Perch
4 onions, sliced
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley

Cook sliced onions in salt water until tender. Spread drained onions in a shallow baking dish. Place fish on onions, combine remaining ingredients and spread over fish. Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350 F.

Serves 6.
